#2 — Another Lesson Akira Toriyama Taught Us... Maybe Not About Sales, But Definitely About Life!
It was the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament..
Goku and Tien Shinhan
were facing each other..
Each one used his strength..
His speed..
His techniques..
Everything they had acquired
after THREE LONG YEARS..
OF HARD AND RELENTLESS TRAINING!
Well..
At the end of the fight..
Goku tells Tien Shinhan
what his mistake was..
HIS MISTAKE?!
He had split himself into FOUR!
And by doing that..
His strength..
His speed..
And his fighting ability..
WERE ALSO DIVIDED BY FOUR!
So Goku was able to defeat
each one of them..
Much more easily!
And here..
Through Goku..
Akira Toriyama was giving us
a GREAT life lesson..
FOCUS!
Focus on ONE thing..
And stick with it..
You might not see results..
Not today..
Not tomorrow..
BUT KEEP GOING!
And you'll tell me..
"That sounds GREAT!"
But how the hell
do we apply this
in our everyday lives?!
WELL!
Imagine you're the CEO
of your own company..
And instead of doing
a little bit of EVERYTHING
every single day..
YOU DO A LOT OF ONE THING!
For example..
Today you need to write emails?!
Then write ALL the emails
for the entire week..
IN ONE DAY!
Tomorrow it's SEO?!
Then dedicate that day
to working on your SEO!
It's like going to the gym..
And dedicating your workout
to ONE muscle group..
Instead of trying
to train EVERYTHING
at the same time..
THE SAME PRINCIPLE APPLIES TO YOUR BUSINESS!
Give something your full attention..
Your full energy..
Your full effort..
STOP DIVIDING YOUR STRENGTH BY FOUR!
Anyway!
